As soon as the dough starts to take an explicit form - gradually drive the remaining flour. The dough can turn out yellow due to yolks. To muffle the egg taste and color - add a few more spoons of sour cream. If the dough it turned out excessively dry - add several spoons of sour cream or oil. Focus on the consistency and the appearance of the test, and from tasting it is best to refrain due to raw yolks.

Is it possible to consider the Pahlav "Healthy" food product

The modern healthy nutrition trend is one of the best movements that have arisen over the past few years. Humanity no longer wants to age ahead of time, to treat obesity, suffer from kids and pain throughout the muscular corset. One of the components of healthy life is rational nutrition. What you need to know about the industrial production of patchlava and is it safe to eat eastern sweetness?

Large industrial enterprises are not particularly sophisticated above the compositions of desserts. For production, use the usual refined sugar, white wheat flour, thickeners, preservatives (otherwise the storage period would be reduced from several months to 24-48 hours) and taste amplifiers. What is dangerous such a combination?

What's wrong with sugar

Refined sugar is not a valuable food product, but "empty" calories. It has no vitamins and minerals, but full of slow carbohydrates. It has been proven that refined sugar leads development:

  • metabolic syndrome;
  • diabetes;
  • cancer neoplasms;
  • liver pathologies;
  • diseases of the heart and blood vessels;
  • obesity.

Refined sugarMoreover, the abundance of refined sugar provokes the growth of visceral fat. This fat accumulates on the internal organs, interferes with their high-quality functionality and leads to severe inflammatory processes inside the body.

This does not mean that you need to completely abandon sugar and products that contain it. Question in the volume of sugar intake. Fruits, protein bars, cereals, candy, cereals - all these products contain sugar in one or another concentration. But in crude cereals and fruits, in addition to fructose, a whole complex of vitamins and nutrients is underway, which regulate metabolism and replace the harmful effects of sugar.

An adult consumes about 22 sugar spoons, while permissible only 3-5.

Sugar causes a serious addiction, so a sharp refusal of beloved chocolate and patchlava may well lead to the development of psychosis and disorder of food behavior. Do not refuse your favorite desserts. Let yourself eat them at any time, but in the minimum volume, combine with fruit and other useful products to minimize harm.

What's wrong with artificial sweeteners

Humanity has long been dependent on sugar, so if there is no white sand in the composition, then there are mandatory sweeteners. Vegetable sweet products like a banana or honey are rarely used on an industrial scale due to a high cost and a specific structure. The most popular sweetener is aspartame. It is most often used in carbonated drinks, chewing and desserts. Nutriciologists recognized the component toxic - it contributes to the development of brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, lymphoma and migraine.

Also, artificial sweeteners violate the natural metabolism of glucose. The body dissipates from the processing of the substance and simply ceases to react. It is dangerous to get used to all the work of the gastrointestinal tract and the inability to absorb food. Moreover, sweeteners do not satisfy the psychological need for sweet - too weak stimulation of pleasure centers does not give the desired result. As a result, psychological disorders, obesity, constant need for sweets and condemnation of themselves for the weakness of the spirit. How to get out of a closed circle? Very simple - go to honey, fruit and abundance of plant products in the diet. The thrust to sweet will gradually shrink, and several pieces of beloved Pakhlava per week will be able to fully satisfy the need for sweets.

What's wrong with white flour

FlourFlour of the first grade passes thorough industrial processing. During production, the grain shell is resolve and removed. It is in the shell that the maximum amount of vitamins and nutrients concentrates, which utilize, and not deliver to a person.

During industrial processing, grain loses from 70 to 90% of the useful composition.

An empty carbohydrate product has a high glycemic index. After several pieces of patchlava, a sharp jump of sugar in the blood occurs, which does not just worsen the condition, but also becomes the cause of many diseases.

What else is dangerous white flour:

  • launches early aging processes;
  • adversely affects the work of the heart and blood vessels;
  • provokes acne's development;
  • Makes constantly feeling hunger and lack of saturation;
  • It becomes caused by headaches, disorders of digestion, allergic reactions.

Do not have to abandon baking? No. An empty white flour must be replaced by whole grain, almond, corn, buckwheat, oatmeal, and so on. These varieties of flour are not subject to complete industrial processing and retain the component composition.

What's wrong with industrial processing

An industrial Pahlav is sold in plastic packages that can be stored for several months. In such packages, there are also transhira, an abundance of salt, sugar, gluten, preservatives and taste amplifiers.

What are they dangerous:

  • heart disease;
  • obesity;
  • diabetes;
  • internal inflammations;
  • acne / allergic rash;
  • pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • In the case of regular abuse, death is possible.

The most dangerous components include artificial dyes E102 / 110/124 / 133, preservatives to increase the storage period of E211, the stabilizer of the E220 color, the flavor of the E320 taste, the E621 taste amplifier. Avoid them in sweet industrial products and choose the most healthy alternatives.

Does it be necessary to give up patchlava

No, the main thing is to approach the question rationally. In daytime calirage, it is permissible to add 10-20% of "harm". It may be a pahlaw, a piece of beloved cake, ice cream or fried potatoes. It is 10-20% of the diet that will help to satisfy psychological traction and not overload the digestive tract.

80% of healthy natural food (meat, whole grain pasta, vegetables, fruits, cereals, seafood) will help smooth the balance and minimize the harm of sugar, transrivors and preservatives. Come to your own power from a scientific point of view and be healthy!
